Returns

• Change of Mind: Return unused items in original packaging within 14 days. Return shipping costs apply.
• Holiday Returns: Orders from Nov 15–Dec 20 can be returned by Jan 10, 2026.
• Faulty Items: Full refund within 30 days; replacements under 1-year warranty (heater/pump) or 6-month warranty (spa liner).
• Damaged Items: Notify us within 30 days for a full refund. Opened spas/accessories not returnable unless faulty.
