We offer free standard,5-7 days shipping on all orders.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to the following countries

· Spain

Free shipping is valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

Basic Compensation:

Free shipping coupon (usable next time) or a discount code of 5%-10% off the order amount.

Severe Delay (over 7 days):

Free upgrade to expedited shipping (if applicable).

Or provide a partial refund (15%-20%) while keeping the order.

Customer Cancellation Rights:

Customers are allowed to cancel delayed orders at any time, with a commitment to a full refund within 3 working days.

 

Force Majeure Clause

Clearly list special circumstances for which liability is not assumed (must comply with the EU "Force Majeure Regulation"):

Natural disasters, strikes, customs clearance delays, wars, etc.

Official proof (such as announcements from logistics companies) must be provided, and proactive contact with customers to negotiate solutions is required.

 

Legal Compliance Points

Follow the EU "Consumer Rights Directive":

If no specific delivery time is agreed upon, it is assumed to be delivered within 30 days after the order is placed.

After the deadline, customers have the right to cancel the order and request a full refund (including shipping costs).
